Welcome to Waveze. By downloading, accessing, or using the Waveze application ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. About Waveze

Waveze is a skill-based market prediction game. Players tap coin bubbles along a live price wave to build multipliers and streaks. The App is provided for entertainment purposes only.

2. No Real Money, No Gambling

Waveze does not involve real money, wagering, betting, or any form of gambling. There is no purchase of chances and no monetary prizes. All tokens, scores, streaks, and rewards exist solely within the App and have no monetary value. They cannot be exchanged, redeemed, sold, or transferred for cash or anything of value.

3. Market Data

The App may display price movements derived from publicly available market data for gameplay purposes. This data is provided "as is" for entertainment only. It is not financial advice, investment guidance, or a recommendation to buy or sell any asset. Waveze is not a financial service.

4. Eligibility

The App is rated 4+ and suitable for all ages. By using the App you confirm that any required permission from a parent or guardian has been obtained where applicable.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use cheats, bots, automation, or exploits to manipulate gameplay or scores
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the App
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's normal operation

6. Intellectual Property

All content in the App, including design, graphics, audio, and the Waveze name and branding, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Waveze and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.

9. Changes to the App and These Terms

We may update, modify, or discontinue the App or any feature at any time. We may also revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App for any user who violates these Terms.
